Manvendra Singh is a yoga teacher with 18 years of practice who also works full-time in finance. He knows what 2:30pm feels like from the inside. The deadlines, the back-to-back calls, the depletion that builds across a week.

He built Embodied Exec because he found what works and wanted to bring it into offices. Not as an outsider, but as someone who lives it daily.
